- Is this a fake Strava run generator or a route planner?
- Both. You plan the route on a map, but the export is a full activity file with time, pace, and heart rate — the same format a watch uploads.
- Does it export GPX or TCX?
- TCX. Unlike GPX, TCX carries heart rate, cadence, laps, and device data, so Strava and Garmin Connect treat it as a recorded activity rather than a planned route.
- Will the run look realistic on Strava?
- Pace varies per segment, elevation follows the terrain, and laps and auto-pause behave like a real watch. Keep the target pace within your normal range — that is what makes an activity believable.
- Do I need an account?
- No account to build and preview. Sign in with Google when you export; pricing is on the homepage.
- Can I use it for cycling or walking?
- The builder is tuned for running. Walking paces work; ride files are on the roadmap.
- How is this different from hiring a Strava jockey?
- A jockey charges per session, needs a meetup, and holds your phone or watch. With Fakepace you build the activity yourself in two minutes, from IDR 5K per file, and nobody touches your account.
- Can it keep my Strava streak alive?
- Yes. On a day you cannot run, generate a short activity at your normal pace, upload it, and the weekly streak carries on.
