TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using Fakepace, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Fakepace provides a web-based tool for creating running routes on a map, configuring pace and activity data, and exporting that data as TCX files compatible with fitness platforms such as Strava and Garmin.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis for personal, non-commercial use. You may use generated TCX files at your own discretion, but you acknowledge that the data represents simulated — not actual — athletic activity.

You are responsible for your use of the service and any content you generate. You agree to use Fakepace in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the service to deceive others in competitive settings, claim fraudulent athletic achievements, or misrepresent generated data as genuine GPS-recorded activity in any context where authenticity is required.

You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform; circumvent rate limits or security measures; or redistribute the service's source code without authorization.

Any use of the platform to commit fraud, violate third-party terms of service, or engage in illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access.

Fakepace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated TCX files will be compatible with every fitness platform or device. Route data relies on third-party mapping services and may contain inaccuracies.

In no event shall Fakepace, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

By using Fakepace, you acknowledge that uploading generated TCX files to third-party platforms such as Strava, Garmin Connect, or similar services may violate their terms of service. This could result in penalties including, but not limited to, temporary suspension or permanent banning of your account on those platforms.

Fakepace is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of generated files on third-party platforms. You assume all risk associated with uploading simulated activity data to external services. By using this service, you accept full responsibility for any actions taken against your accounts on those platforms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable local rules.
